We are so sorry! All we can say is that this very rarely happens, we're just so sorry that it has happened to you. Send us an email to help@sanfranclothing.com and we’ll sort it out for you. 

If it’s in the first 2 hours, you can email us at help@sanfranclothing.com and we may be able to catch it. Then we can easily amend anything, or cancel the order. If the item has already been dispatched, then check out the RETURN section for what to do next.  

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. If none of those work for you, get someone to buy you a SF GIFT CARD and use it to get our stuff!
